Fall Harvest

Fall harvest came almost an entire month early this year.  Because of the drought, my tomato plants were just starting to heavily produce.  I picked all the green ones, though, and have put them in paper bags with a tomato that was starting to turn yellow/red.  Supposedly enclosing the gases released from a ripening tomato in a paper bag helps to turn the other tomatoes as well.  After four days, we are definitely seeing some of the green ones starting to turn.  Yay!
