Canned Beets

I canned the beets out of our garden (along with 7 more pints of Dilly beans) last week!  I ended up canning 7 four ounce jars.  I had enough for one more four ounce jar, so I just poured the pickling solution over the beets in the jar, fastened the lids, and put it in the refrigerator.  It should last a while in there!
