We wanted to get our strawberry bed away from our deck. We realized it was difficult to get that part of the deck stained and sealed with a covered bed in front of it. So, Brian created a new bed in the left corner of the backyard. We'll harvest what we can of the old bed this season, and then we'll be able to harvest from the new bed next year.
Clara was Daddy's "Big Helper" when building the box. She handed him the screws he needed.
She followed him everywhere he went.
All finished and ready for the dirt.
We planted six plants. Next year, this whole bed should be full of new shoots and plants and lots of delicious fresh strawberries!
