Playdate at the Park

Our Club MOM group was going to get together this past Friday for a playdate at a new park nearby.  Unfortunately, due to sickness, a few had to cancel at the last minute.  This left just two of us that could make it (Jen and me), but we still had fun!  And we'll be excited when everyone is healthy and we can all go next time!  The park was just 10 minutes from our house and I never knew it existed.  So, I'm excited we'll have another place to play this summer!

It also had a large turtle statue to play on.

This was part of the play structure recommended for ages 2-5.  The one you see in the background was for the older kids.  The girls played on both, though!

She was so excited she got herself across two of them.  She couldn't hold on to swing to another one, though.  We need to build up her muscles!

Going down the curly slide.

The trail leading down to a big lake.  I can't wait until Summer when all the leaves on the trees come back.  It will be beautiful to walk there!

Liam (Jen's son), Hailey, and Clara pose for a quick picture before leaving the park.
