Decorating with Herbs

Since the gardening season is almost over, I started bringing in my herbs for drying as well as decorating.  I saw an idea in a country decorating magazine for hanging an herb drying rack on the wall.  So, I cut some lemon balm, lavender, and chamomile, tied them in bunches, and hung them on a drying rack that we put up in our bathroom.  I really like how it turned out!

 

Here are all the herbs I cut this past weekend.  Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Oregano as well as the Lemon Balm, Lavender, and Chamomile.

 

I'm planning to cut another couple bunches off to help fill in the empty spaces a bit.
