I have added a link in the right hand column called, "Be Notified by Email When There's a New Post!".  It's pretty self-explanatory in that if you submit your email address, you can then receive an email each time I post a new entry.  This prevents you from having to randomly check for a new post...even though I appreciate that you think of us enough to check back for one!
