It's the Middle of October Already?

I can hardly believe that it's the middle of October already and that Clara will be 2 weeks old tomorrow.  It feels like she was just born!

We had a pretty busy weekend.  On Friday, a work colleague of mine came by to meet Clara.  On Saturday, we had a birthday celebration for my mom.  On Sunday, my friend, Sarah, and her son came over to meet Clara and then my parents, sister and her twins came over to our house to make applesauce.  Now Brian returns to work tomorrow and I'm on my own!  You might want to say a prayer for Hailey and Clara! :-)

On Friday afternoon, we got some pumpkins to decorate with from the farm we go to in Wisconsin.

Playing the Kinect at my mom's birthday celebration.  This brought about a hilarious recording of my brother (unbeknownst to him) talking about the latest Ben and Jerry ice cream flavor.

Hailey was such a good entertainer for the girls while we were making the applesauce.  She's been the best big sister to Clara so far.

 So peaceful...definitely savoring this moment.  They don't stay this little for that long!
