Wedding in Indiana

One of Brian's cousins, Jennifer, got married this past weekend in Indiana.  Hailey had a soccer game in the morning and then we headed out right from there.  We had a nice time at the wedding and had fun catching up with family!  You never feel like you have enough time to talk with everyone, though.  We spent a little time with Grandma and Grandpa on Sunday then before heading back home.

Jennifer and her sister, Lori, have a business making desserts.  They made all the cakes for the wedding (I think there were 10 different kinds) and placed them in the middle of 10 tables.  When it came time to eat the cake, you would get a slice of the flavor you wanted at whatever table that flavor was at.  It was a cute idea!

Brian's cousin, Julia, and her daughter, Willa (the youngest of the 2nd cousins).

Wedding ceremony.  Brian's cousin (and Jennifer's brother), Mike was the officiant (getting ordained online).  Jennifer's sister, Lori, was the matron of honor.

The girls having fun.

Jennifer with her Dad's three brothers (L to R) Garry, Larry, and Jon.  Jennifer's dad, Dan, passed away several years ago from cancer.

Evelyn (Lori's daughter) and Clara listening to some music on the dance floor.

No trip to Grandma and Grandpa's is complete without a chance to drive the tractor!  Clara got her turn this time...missed a couple trees, the barn, and swingset with help from Hailey. :-)  She was on her own by the 2nd go around, though!
