As soon as we got back from the 4-H holiday party on Sunday, we quickly changed the girls into their snow gear and headed to the neighborhood sledding hill before it got completely dark. We got about 8 inches of snow Saturday night into Sunday and it was the only day that the temps were going to be in the 30's. We got about a half hour in and had fun!
Down they go!
The worst part...walking back up the hill! Some of the neighborhood kids had started an old-fashioned snowball fight using their snowboards as protective walls. If one got hit, they had to join the opposing side.
So of course the big boys "aka Dads" couldn't help but try a sneak attack from behind.
