Indiana Visit

We took a short visit to Indiana this past weekend.  We stopped by Brian's cousin, Rachel's farm to see their new animal additions.  Brian's mom and I got some Christmas shopping done, and we ate some delicious pre-Thanksgiving food (since we will not see them for Thanksgiving this year).  It was a fun family weekend!

Saying hello to the ponies.

Waiting for the goats to come out of the barn.

Rachel leads the goats over to the garden.

All the other "kids" follow.

This made me laugh.  She was using the mama goat's back to reach a higher branch.

Having fun playing.  It was so fun to watch them!  They'd hop around and run from one side of the garden to the other.

Baby pigs!

Clover the bunny!  She ended up having babies on Sunday night...we'll be excited to see them the next time we visit!

Petting the ponies.  Hailey wishes she could have a horse!

Clara really liked petting them.

Warming up inside by the fire.  We've had some unusually cold temperatures for November!  For the past week, it has not gotten above freezing.

Playing a game together.

Their cat, Coconut, was peeking around the door at Rachel as if saying, "Hey! Do you see me? Can I come in? Hello?"  It was hilarious!

Playing a game of "Memory" with Grandma.
