I canned 5 quarts of seasoned tomato sauce yesterday using the Heirloom Brandywine tomatoes, fresh garlic, and herbs from our garden. It smelled really good when it was cooking!
Little over 45 lbs of tomatoes...the large one in the front was over 6 lbs by itself! It probably ended up being closer to 35 lbs after removing the cores and peels, though.
