Each row represents a generation.
Brian had a stressful week of traveling. We had a snow storm move through on Monday, so his flight home from Minnesota got canceled. He hadn't taken any clothes with him, because just the day before, the forecasters were saying only 1-2 inches. The airline then booked him on a 5:20 am flight the next morning. He was supposed to travel to Michigan on Tuesday, but figured his customer would understand that he got stranded. Again, wrong. Brian said that he hoped they didn't mind if he had a food stain on his clothes since he won't have a chance to go home to change. The customer replied, "That's what Wal-mart is for." So, after waking up at 3:00 in the morning to catch his flight at 5:20, he got into O'Hare at 7 and then drove 2 hours to Michigan. The customer kept him waiting for a half hour (even though they scheduled the meeting) and then talked all the way through lunch, so Brian was not able to eat lunch until 2 in the afternoon. Seriously, does anyone care anymore? He did some more local travel on Wednesday & Thursday. Thankfully he doesn't have much travel planned for this week!
