Bathroom Remodel - Finished!!

I've lost count of the weeks now, but we have finally finished the remodel!  My dad and Brian's dad (along with a friend of his) helped finish the smaller details...cabinet trim, baseboard, window sill, etc...over the last few weeks.  This past weekend, I finally got to use the shower for the first time.  It was so nice until after I got out and Brian came running up the stairs to tell me that water was dripping from the ceiling downstairs.  What?  We're still waiting on our tile installer to find the source of the leak.  He's done some inspecting and thinks it might be a pipe that has become disconnected instead of something not being sealed properly.  This also means that we now have to cut a square in our ceiling, repair the issue, repair the ceiling and then repaint.  Not looking forward to that!  I've included some before photos (the first 4) so you can see what the bathroom used to look like.

All of this began because I wanted to remove the jacuzzi tub.  We never used it and I was tired of cleaning it.

Standing in the doorway looking left.

Shower - basic white tile and aluminum frame.  We worked hard keeping those glass doors clean and clear for 8 years!

Doorway looking straight in.

New view looking in from the door!

Lots of storage!

Standing by the cabinets looking to where the jacuzzi tub used to be.

Shower is to the right of the window.  We added a wall to the right and put up a shower curtain instead of glass doors.

Recessed shelves for all the shampoo/soap bottles.

I love our floors...it's a porcelain tile made to look like wood.

The leak.  Brian is pointing to where the shower drain is above.  The line is where some tape had started to break down (as the house settled) which allowed the water to escape instead of pool on top of the drywall (thank goodness!).
