4-H: Bingo with Veterans

Another community service event our 4-H club does is to play bingo with veterans at a local VA hospital.  The kids got to take turns calling off the numbers and then sat with the veterans to help them mark the numbers on their bingo cards.  It was a great experience!

I felt bad for this gentleman.  He thought he had a bingo, but ended up crossing off one that wasn't called.  You could tell he seemed a little embarrassed.  Poor man!

The veterans really enjoyed having the kids help!
