Valentine Hearts

I found an idea online to write out "hearts" of encouragement for the first 14 days of February and tape them to your child's door.  The girls loved it!  They looked forward to a new heart each day.  Since Hailey is old enough to appreciate what is written on each heart, it was fun seeing her reaction to them.  The first heart for her was, "You are smart."  Her reaction was priceless.  She went from surprised that we thought she was smart to "Yeah, I guess I am smart" to happy we thought she was smart.  We always spend so much time trying to correct bad behavior that we forget how important compliments can be to a person's soul.  Such a fun thing to do to help celebrate love for Valentine's Day.
